USTAR Research Teams
To accomplish its objectives, USTAR is collaborating with the University of Utah and Utah State University to create world-class research teams in strategic innovation development areas. The research teams are led by "All Star" faculty members, supported by teams of cutting edge researchers.
The innovation development areas were selected based on 2 criteria:
- Leveraging existing University and industry strengths
- Large potential for commercialization opportunities in strategic global markets
