The 3rd Quarter 2010 round (Sept. 30, 2010 at 12:00 noon) is now open.
Application form - Please note the comment fields are restricted in the number of characters allowed so adjust your text accordingly. Please answer all questions completely and succinctly, staying within the character limits (generally the amount of text that shows in the visible comment boxes). You can save a copy to your computer to edit at your convenience, and to keep as a record of your submission.
When you are ready to send the final application, address an email to ustarinfo@utah.gov with the subject line of “Technology Commercialization Grant – [YOUR TECHNOLOGY NAME HERE]”. Attach the Excel file to your email. We will send a confirmation of receipt within two business days.
Application deadline – Sept. 30, 2010 at 12:00 pm MT
Additional information – You are welcome to send additional information, however please restrict these attachments to 500 words or less of text and no more than three images (pictures, diagrams, graphs etc.). Address an email to ustarinfo@utah.gov with the subject line of “Technology Commercialization Grant – [YOUR TECHNOLOGY NAME HERE]”.
Co-Applicant Information – If the application is a joint faculty/third party submission (vs. faculty alone), please make sure the appropriate co-applicant checkmarks on the online survey are filled in. Joint applications without those checkmarks filled in will be considered incomplete.
