Team OverviewRenewable energy is a significant part of the total energy system, and the team is developing new method for harvesting solar energy, energy storage and biofuels from nonfood based feed-stocks. The team is also working on next-generation energy conversion devices, including high energy-density batteries and fuel cells, and high-efficiency solar cells. The development of nanostructured catalytic and photo-catalytic materials for energy and sensor applications is also a key focus area. |
